Course Overview

The Fiqh in Practice course is designed to help adult learners develop a practical understanding of Islamic jurisprudence and its application in everyday life. Rather than focusing solely on legal theory, the course uses case studies, live demonstrations and study of real life scenarios to apply rulings confidently to everyday life.

The course also introduces the principles behind Islamic legal rulings, helping learners appreciate the wisdom, objectives and flexibility of Islamic law within the framework of the Qur'an and Sunnah.

Through authentic sources, guided discussions, and practical case studies, participants will gain the confidence to apply fiqh correctly in their daily lives while understanding the diversity of scholarly opinions on issues where legitimate differences exist.

Whether you are seeking to strengthen your personal practice, refresh your knowledge, or build a solid foundation in Islamic jurisprudence, this course provides a structured and accessible approach to learning fiqh with relevance to modern life.
