Premises Pricing & Usage

Downstairs Hall (Seated Activities): £40 per session
Includes use of screen and downstairs bathroom.
Downstairs Hall (Light Play): £13 per hour
Light play only. Maximum 10–15 children. Any damage must be covered.
Upstairs Hall (Lessons): £15 per hour
Minimum booking of 2 hours.
Library (Weekend Use): Saturday & Sunday, 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Maximum 12 children. Quiet use only with supervising adult. Minimum 2 hours.
Library Use During Lesson Hours:
Additional £15 charge if using upstairs hall during library hours (2:00pm – 4:00pm).

Included: Screen, whiteboard, and board markers.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this booking request, you agree to the following:

Supervision: A responsible adult must supervise children at all times. Appropriate adult-to-child ratios must be maintained.
Use of Space: Activities must be appropriate to the space. Light play only is permitted where stated.
Cleaning: All areas must be left clean and tidy after use, including hoovering where necessary.
Public Liability: MMTQ holds public liability insurance for the premises. However, the hiring group remains responsible for safe conduct and supervision.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the booking time. Late cancellations may be charged.
Damage & Liability: The person making the booking accepts full legal responsibility for any loss, damage, or breakage caused during the booking period. MMTQ reserves the right to invoice for the full cost of repair or replacement, and payment must be made in full.
Booking Confirmation: Submission of this form does not confirm your booking. Bookings are only confirmed once approved and payment has been received following invoice.
