Course Overview

The Heart, Home and Hereafter course explores how Muslims can navigate the demands of modern life while remaining devoted servants of Allah. Through practical guidance and spiritual reflection, students will learn how to strengthen their relationship with Allah, improve their relationships with others, and develop habits that lead to lasting personal growth.

The course focuses on building a balanced Islamic lifestyle by nurturing the heart, fulfilling responsibilities within the family, managing time effectively, and making acts of worship a consistent part of daily life. Students will explore ways to strengthen their connection with salah, overcome distractions, develop positive habits, and address spiritual challenges that affect the heart.

By combining practical tools with Islamic principles, this course aims to help participants cultivate emotional balance, spiritual resilience and a deeper sense of purpose in their journey towards Allah.

Not at all. Come for the two weeks trial first. After that, commit to one year. Then take each year at a time. The beauty of studying Islam is that even if you don’t complete the whole course, you will still take back a wealth of information you can apply to your life and pass on to others.

You’ll be pleased to know there are no exams for this module.

Can I keep my child with me in class?

Yes, MMTQ is a child-friendly madrasah and we support mothers who want to study with babies or young children. We close during school holidays and classes are always arranged at a time when children are at school. If you need to bring your children into class, they are always welcome.

Is there any homework for this class?

There is no additional learning or memorising for this course. You can read through your own notes to review them yourself if you wish.

What happens in the school holidays?

For the ease of our students, our holidays coincide with all the school holidays so you needn’t worry about caching up or finding childcare.
