Shaykh Mufti Ismail al-Kacholwi (hafizahullah) is a senior scholar of hadith and fiqh, originally from Gujarat, India. He studied at Mazahir al-ʿUloom, Saharanpur Jāmiʿah Islāmiyyah Tāʿlīmuddīn, Dabhel and Darul Uloom Deoband, under great teachers such as Shaykh al-Hadith Mawlana Zakariyya Kandhlawi and Shaykh Abul Hasan ʿAli Nadwi
He served as a Mufti in Dabhel, India, before moving to the United Kingdom in 1986, where he established the first Darul Ifta in Britain. He has since dedicated his life to teaching, issuing fatwas, and authoring numerous works in Urdu, Arabic, and Gujarati.
He is currently Shaykh al-Hadith and Head of Darul Ifta at Jamiʿah al-Hasaniyyah, Randir, and has been teaching Sahih al-Bukhari at MMTQ since 2020.

Rehana Apa is one of the founding members of MMTQ. She pursued her studies at Madrasah Malegaw and Jamiatul Imam Muhammad Zakariyya, under the guidance of esteemed teachers such as Mawlana Yusuf Motala (رحمه الله), Mufti Shabbir Ahmad, Mawlana Abdurrahim Limbada, and Mawlana Bilal Bawa.
