The Pilates class at MMTQ will be led by a trained physiotherapist and is ideal for those who wish to begin with a low impact exercise.
Pilates classes are usually £13-£15 a session so our classes at £12 for 4 sessions are excellent value for money. Spaces are limited so register early to secure your place. 100% of all funds raised will go towards purchasing books for MMTQ Muslim Community Library.
